BASE ROCK

Base rock is a very important part of your driveway. If you are creating a new road it is essential that you have a layer of base rock, otherwise your final product will succumb and sink into the winter mud.

NOTE: Base rock is NOT your final material; you will not see this rock once covered with your final material.

2''-1'' BASE CINDER

  • This is the most popular here in Central Oregon because of the cinder rock's ability to absorb water and settle into the desert dirt without losing your final material while also keeping the mudd underneath in the winter time. This type material was used for the base of the Redmond Parkway.

ASPEN GOLD 3/4"-
